The Jewish Genealogical Society of Washington State (JGSWS) encourages and assists its members in finding their Jewish family roots. They share genealogical information, techniques, and research tools with those interested in Jewish genealogy and family history.
National Genealogical Society

Seattle Genealogical Society
The Seattle Genealogical Society empowers individuals to discover their family histories through education, collaboration, and preservation. They offer classes, workshops and seminars; compile and publish research materials; and maintain a computer-equipped library open to the public.
Washington State Genealogical Society (Union Gap WA)
WSGS promotes communication about genealogical activities and information on genealogical resources with members and local, county, state and national genealogical organizations. WSGS supports local societies by acting as an information clearinghouse, providing financial assistance, and recognize local volunteers.
